Rupa did a fantastic job setting us up for a cruise in short order. We booked closer than usual before sailing and she expertly guided us to the right cruiseline, ship, itinerary and cabin level. She took the time to understand our wants and needs and incorporated them quickly into a comprehensive plan. She’s clearly a pro at this and we greatly benefitted! Rupa was super friendly and responsive!!! She made sure we had excursions, an amazing spa day, dining reservations, a family photo shoot, car service, etc. - and it made the trip so special for our group of 12!!! Her advice was spot on!!! I am beyond grateful for how everything was handled - it allowed ME (the family trip planner) to actually enjoy my time! Rupa was super friendly and responsive!!! My trip with Cruise Planners was one of my favorite trips. Rupa listened, heard, and executed the details of the trip exactly as I envisioned. Everything was perfectly organized and I knew what to expect. She planned all the transportation, tickets, and the entire cruise along with its excursions. I couldn't have done this without Cruise Planners for sure. The transportation was reliable, timely, very clean, and safe. Every day's itinerary was meticulously planned and thought out. We had so much fun and importantly no stress. It was my 50th birthday with 9 girlfriends and 10 days and everyone was so happy with the results. I highly recommend you to use on your next trip!!! My wife and daughter just got back from a beautiful trip to Italy. It was my daughters 1st European trip and my wifes 2nd. I have been to Europe quite a few times. I have to say that this trip was the easiest trip I have ever taken. Rupa really did an amazing job! Everything that she found for us was perfect!! We wanted to go to Cinque Terra and she suggested we stay in a small town called Sestri Levante and just visit Cinque Terra from there. When we got there, Cinque Terra was packed and crowded. Setri Levante was quiet and peaceful and right on the mediterranean. It was heaven. from the very first phone call to Rupa and Cruise Planners, the process was so easy. I have done a lot of traveling over the last 30 yrs and have dealt with a lot of travel agents. Rupa was the best ive ever had. I will not use another travel agent again. She is perfect!!! Just came back from the most amazing trip to Brazil and Panama! NYE in Brazil was a memory my family will never forget and we couldn’t have done it without Rupa. Rupa did a fantastic job with our Caribbean cruise right before Christmas. She really paid attention to all the details that would make it easy and fun for us.
For example, she made sure we had our medallions early (I had no idea what these were!) ... and thus got to enter the ship in "Green Lane" super fast. She also provided great tips/help for booking excursions and supplied us with custom-tote-bags with the most thoughtful towel-clips (again .. I had no idea these would be so helpful on a ship -- very windy).
Would definitely recommend and will use her/them again! Rupa did a fantastic job with our Caribbean cruise right before Christmas. She really paid attention to all the details that would make it easy and fun for us.

Rupa is amazing! As our conversations progressed, she realized that we are different than many of the clients that she works with, and rather than saying, “I can’t help you”, she leaned in. She arranged hotels, rental car, insurance, and put together a very complicated itinerary involving multiple cities and countries for us. I am recommending her to several friends of ours as well.
